A correctly installed roof and a functioning rainwater and drainage system direct water away from structures, so they are not damaged by moisture. When the structures and insulation remain dry, there will be no foul odours or damage from moisture or microbes.

We use wood treated with wood preservative in roof structures to prevent mould and other organic growth. The water-soluble preservative meets the requirements of CEN Standard EN 599-1 and is fully energy recyclable.

The Arvo gutter is made of powder-coated aluminium, and it is the only seamless, non-corroding gutter free from stripe stains on the market. The gutter’s innovative design prevents unpleasant dirt stripes from forming in the gutter, which means that even a white gutter will remain clean. Arvo has an anti-corrosion warranty of up to 60 years.

Our supply chain is entirely in our own hands: we are the only company in the industry that handles the manufacture of products, the sale of services and installation work in domestically in Finland. Our customers can get their external humidity control solutions safely and seamlessly from a single source. This also allows us to meet our customers’ individual needs with customised products.

We manufacture roof profiles to the dimensions of the property at our own factory in Pirkkala. Roof panels, rainwater systems and drainage systems are installed by Vesivek’s own installers.

It is easy to guarantee the quality of the products manufactured in our own factory by our own employees. We offer a five-year installation warranty and the longest product warranty is as long as 60 years.
