RESPONSIBILITY

Safe and healthy today – sustainable properties tomorrow

For a property to withstand the wear and tear from time and the humidity of the environment, its structures, such as the roof, rainwater systems and drains, must be maintained proactively.

Challenges to the longevity and value retention of a property include neglected maintenance, incorrect materials and weather varying conditions from rain and snowfall to strong winds and high temperatures.

A responsible property owner ensures the health and safety of the building by making sure that the water diversion functions well. This not only protects the value of the property, but also extends its life cycle and reduces the energy consumption and material use caused by construction.

Goals are achieved through cooperation

We work according to our mission to make buildings safer and last longer by protecting properties from moisture, structural wear and damage caused by harsh weather conditions. We accomplish this by providing high-quality water diversion and roof safety solutions.

We believe in the power of cooperation. Therefore, our goal is to be a pioneer in creating new kinds of partnerships in our industry and to contribute to the development of a more responsible, sustainable industry. This is how we create sustainable value for our customers, the industry and society.

Creating value for people – safe and healthy properties

Creating value for people – safe and healthy properties

People – customers, employees and partners – are at the heart of our business. We want to create a better quality of life for people by keeping properties safe and healthy.

Significance for society – our sustainable and evolving operating environment

Significance for society – our sustainable and evolving operating environment

Our services extend the life cycle of buildings, which allows us to influence the environmental impact and slow down climate change. We also promote the well-being of society and people through employment and industry development.

The cornerstones of responsibility work

Our responsibility work focuses on promoting three main themes: environmental responsibility, social responsibility and good governance.

How our business is connected to global goals

The 2030 Agenda is the UN’s Agenda for Sustainable Development, which aims to end poverty, reduce inequality and protect the planet by 2030 through 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We have used a double materiality principle to assess each of these themes and identified the SDGs that we can influence the most.

Safety is built together

We lead the way in building safe practices and working environments. We were the first in our industry to introduce scaffolding as fall protection for roof work. We continuously develop our occupational safety practices at the front line and implement the latest methods.

We also ensure occupational safety in the installation of drainage and rainwater systems by ensuring that the work area is clearly separated and kept clean and by complying with the safety standards for soil stability inspections and excavation protection.
